I’m back! Sorry for the lack of blog posts lately. I seem to have trouble finding time for blogging while traveling. Since I last posted, I have been working nonstop in Chicago and San Diego, but I also got to travel to San Diego for an amazing wedding (recap below ).
My cousin (and good friend) married my husband’s good friend in San Diego. They had a gorgeous wedding and a few, really fun days of celebration as well.
The happy couple rented a few of us an awesome house on Mission Beach. And besides the amazing views…
It was incredibly relaxing to be in a house and cook meals and hang out for five days.
I also got to enjoy a nice, barefoot beach run…
Some leisurely time on the beach…
And some surfing lessons (but not before first watching the documentary, Riding Giants, to get ourselves, at least the girls anyway, psyched out)…
The bride and groom also reserved a few box seats for the wedding guests at a Padres/Giants baseball game…
My aunt, brother and sister-in-law…
And then of course there was the wedding. I didn’t get a ton of pictures because we were pretty busy either prepping or having fun at the wedding, but here are a few snapshots…
The happy bride (behind the scenes)…
The bridesmaids…
The groomsmen at the rehearsal dinner…
The happy couple the day before the wedding…
And on their wedding day…
The wedding was in Temecula on a beautiful vineyard and the reception was held in a romantic barrel room. It was a small wedding with an intimate setting, which was perfect for enjoying time with both friends and family…
The cocktail hour was outside while the sun was going down. It was such a beautiful setting…
I can’t wait to see their professional pictures, I know they will be gorgeous.
